3.2 Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store your card details.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Kayba (texts, trademarks, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or use this content without prior written authorization.
5. Termination
We may suspend or delete your account in the event of a breach of these Terms or any misuse of the platform.
You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kayba is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of Kayba constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
