Partners refer qualified brands or creator-led businesses to Kayba. Once a referred partner becomes active on the platform, you earn rewards based on the agreed referral terms. You do not need to manage accounts, support users, or operate Kayba on their behalf (unless agreed separately).

Yes. You can refer as many brands or partners as you like. Partners who refer consistently may unlock benefits such as priority support, a dedicated partner contact, and improved or bespoke commercial terms.

Depending on the referral type, partners may earn one-time rewards (credits or fixed referral fees), or recurring commissions tied to platform usage or revenue. The reward structure is always confirmed at the time of referral activation.

One-time rewards are credited within 30 days of activation. Recurring commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days after month-end, subject to verification and minimum payout thresholds. Payouts follow Kayba’s standard partner payment process.

No. The reward structure is locked at activation to ensure clarity and consistency. For enterprise or high-volume referrals, custom terms can be discussed in advance.

If revenue is refunded or reversed, related commissions may be adjusted. One-time rewards are not reclaimed, except in cases of fraud, abuse, or clear misuse of the program.

No. There is no exclusivity or long-term obligation. You’re free to refer at your own pace.
