Sign up with us through our form and get a unique referral link.
Refer
Share your link with brands, agencies or creators. They sign up and complete onboarding.
Activate
A referral is activated once the referred brand completes onboarding and pays their first subscription invoice (monthly or annual).
Get rewarded
For each activated referral you choose one of the available reward options (details below), or opt into the commission track for ongoing earnings.
Track & withdraw
Monitor referrals, activation status, and earnings in your Partner Dashboard. Payouts are made monthly.
Reward Options
For each activated referral you may choose one of the following options at the time of activation:
Option A — One-time reward
1 month free
Equal to the referred brand's monthly plan price at activation
€500 Kayba credits
Usable against Kayba subscriptions and services. (Credits expire after 12 months.)
Option B — Commission track
2% of the referred brand's creator-driven Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) processed through Kayba, paid monthly for the first 12 months after activation.
Paid monthly within 30 days of month-end
Program Rules
Essential guidelines for our partner program
Referred brand must be new to Kayba and activate via your unique referral link.
Activation = completed onboarding + first paid invoice (monthly or yearly).
Commission applies only to creator-driven GMV tracked by Kayba. Refunds/chargebacks reduce commission accordingly.
Rewards are non-transferable except when explicitly agreed in writing.
Full T&Cs apply; Kayba may modify program details with notice to partners.

Who can join?
Agencies, creator managers, consultants, and industry connectors who can introduce brands or creators to Kayba.
How quickly do I get paid?
One-time rewards (credits) are added within 30 days of activation. Commission payouts are monthly, within 30 days after month-end, subject to verification and minimum payout.
Can I refer multiple brands?
Yes — and the more you refer, the better the partner perks (priority support, dedicated manager, bespoke commercial terms).
Can I switch a referral from one reward option to another?
No — you choose at activation. For bespoke enterprise deals we can negotiate custom terms.
What if the referred brand churns?
If revenue is refunded or reversed, commissions are adjusted. One-time rewards are not reclaimed unless fraud or abuse is detected.
